Alon is a VC Investor at Ibex Investors, where he focuses on early-stage venture capital funds in Israel. Prior to Ibex, he was a member of the Glilot Capital Partners investment team and worked hand-in-hand with many of its portfolio companies. Before Glilot, he gained experience at BlueMail startup in a product and QA positions. Alon is in the forefront of the establishment of the Venture Capital Club (NGO) at multiple universities in Israel and as the co founder and host of The Ecosystem podcast. Alon is an alumnus of the honors program at Reichman University, with a background in Business and Data Analytics, and has served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Air Force for several years .

Before joining Essentia, Naftaly gained experience in business strategy, development, and operations by working in various positions in private and public companies. Before that, Naftaly served as a Business Development Manager at Sumit-AI.

Yarin is the co-founder and president of HUJI VC Club, possesses deep expertise in business development, investment strategies, and product management.
At SolarEdge Technologies - a global leader in smart energy - Yarin held the role of Business Manager in the Global Commercial Business Unit. In this role, he was instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in crucial and emerging markets. He also directed business operations across APAC (including Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Japan) and was responsible for the creation and management of SolarEdge CRM, handling a pipeline of over $2.5 billion.
Yarin has experience serving in Israel's elite military intelligence Unit 8200 as an Intelligence Analyst and later as the leader of guiding and advanced courses for an 8200 base.

He previously led a sports-technology startup for a year, participating in the BizTec accelerator and reaching the finals. Ilan is producing the podcast "Silicone Wadi".
