Alon is a VC Investor at Ibex Investors, where he focuses on early-stage venture capital funds in Israel. Prior to Ibex, he was a member of the Glilot Capital Partners investment team and worked hand-in-hand with many of its portfolio companies. Before Glilot, he gained experience at BlueMail startup in a product and QA positions. Alon is in the forefront of the establishment of the Venture Capital Club (NGO) at multiple universities in Israel and as the co founder and host of The Ecosystem podcast. Alon is an alumnus of the honors program at Reichman University, with a background in Business and Data Analytics, and has served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Air Force for several years .

Naftaly is a VC investor at Essentia VC, where he focuses on early-growth companies. Before joining Essentia, Naftaly gained experience in business strategy, development, and operations by working in various positions in private and public companies. He has previously worked as a trade and shopper team member at Phillips Israel and as an analyst at the Aviram Fund Competition. Before that, Naftaly served as a Business Development Manager at Sumit-AI.

Naftaly is the Vice-Chairman of the Venture Capital Club (NGO) and played a key role in establishing the club at multiple universities in Israel. He is an alumnus of the Honors program and holds a B.A. in Business and Entrepreneurship with a major in Finance (cum laude) from Reichman University.

Eitan is an analyst at Blumberg Capital, based in Tel Aviv.
Prior to joining Blumberg Capital, Eitan was a part-time software engineer at Microsoft, while completing his degree at Reichman University and managing the university’s VC club. His passion for venture capital and entrepreneurship extends to his current role as an active board member of non-profit organization VC Club Group. This NPO is dedicated to establishing VC clubs across multiple leading universities in Israel, boasting an alumni community of investors and entrepreneurs.
Eitan holds a B.Sc. in computer science from Reichman University (formerly IDC Herzliya) and is an alumnus of Israel’s military and technology intelligence unit, 8200, serving as a combat soldier specializing in operating cyber intelligence technological measures in challenging field environments.

Lihi is currently working as a business development analyst at Vintage Investment Partners. Her primary responsibility is to help corporates to engage commercially with emerging technologies and startups by scouting services. Lihi has gained extensive experience in business development, marketing, strategy, and market research through her various positions. Before joining Vintage Investment Partners, she worked as a data analyst at IVC. She has also served as an Operations officer in a combat unit in 8200.

Yarden is currently in he’s last year as Computer Science and Economics student at the Hebrew University.
Yarden is Huji VC club Co-Founder and he's investing experience he gained as a real-estate mediocre and entrepreneur and by doing fundamental and technical investments on the stock market.
Yarden worked in various positions in the High-Tech industry and he’s a formal lecturer and volunteer in “Paamonim” Foundation.

Yarden served as a commander at a special unit in the IDF.

Yarin is the co-founder and president of HUJI VC Club, possesses deep expertise in business development, investment strategies, and product management.

At SolarEdge Technologies - a global leader in smart energy - Yarin held the role of Business Manager in the Global Commercial Business Unit. In this role, he was instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in crucial and emerging markets. He also directed business operations across APAC (including Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Japan) and was responsible for the creation and management of SolarEdge CRM, handling a pipeline of over $2.5 billion.

Yarin has experience serving in Israel's elite military intelligence Unit 8200 as an Intelligence Analyst and later as the leader of guiding and advanced courses for an 8200 base.
Currently, Yarin is pursuing a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, supported by a solid background in computer science.

Ella is driven by impact and innovation. Discharged with honors from the 8200 Intelligence Unit, she commanded a team of 21 soldiers before starting her PPE studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ella interned at M Science in New York City, gaining valuable experience.

She's dedicated to social causes, volunteering as a ""Shin Shin"" in Tzofia, a closed government institute for girls at risk, and counseling on financial literacy at ""Paamonim."

Lior is a second-year student at The Hebrew University's excellence program PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics).

She's part of the HUJI VC Club's management, and functions as the club's Head of Marketing. Her accountability includes leading the marketing strategy and social media platforms.

Lior is a Business Development Intern at Tenable (NASDAQ: TENB). In her role, Lior is a part of the global marketing team, assisting in various fields such as funnel creation, sales prospecting, data analysis, and digital marketing optimization.

Lior served in the Israeli Air Force, led intelligence courses followed by commanding courses and specialized in team building.

Tal is a magazine journalist at Yedioth Ahronoth & Ynet, where she covers the tech scene and conducts interviews with key players in the Israeli tech ecosystem. Her portfolio includes conversations with managing directors of big tech companies, prominent investors from leading VC firms, and startup founders, alongside analyzing trends and covering global conferences such as CES.

Before joining Yedioth, Tal was a deputy editor at Mako's weekend magazine within the Keshet Media Group. Her journalism career started as an editor-in-chief of the Israeli Air Force's official website and a military correspondent.

Tal is a final-year Tel Aviv University student pursuing a B.A. in Political Science. She actively contributes as Co-Manager of the Tel Aviv University Venture Capital Club.

Ben is currently an Analyst & Value Creation Lead at RUNI Ventures, focusing on enterprise software and AI. He plays a key role in the daily growth of the fund’s operations and assists portfolio companies in their development efforts. Before RUNI Ventures, Ben worked in the business development at Grit Mind Partners and co-founded Tipsy, a startup utilizing data-driven technology to enhance bar experiences at large events. He is also an active manager of the Venture Capital Club at Reichman University, where he is responsible for initiating a student internship program and raising donations. As a former professional soccer player and captain in both the Israeli premier league and the Israeli under-21 national team, Ben brings leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to his professional endeavors. Elad is currently an Executive Assistant to the CEO of G^Team, a strategic consulting firm, he is a companion to the strategic processes.

Prior to that, he specialized in the venture capital fund BGV (Early Stage). before that, he managed projects at the ""FrontLife"" association.

Elad is currently in the final year of his degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship with a specialization in data analysis at Reichman University. he actively participates in the management of the university's Venture Capital Club.

Nofar is a Venture Capitalist. Working with Early Stage startups in the Israeli Ecosystem all the way from ideation through market validation to first funding. As part of her job, she works closly with the US ecosystem for supporting the portfolio's growth and expension to the american market.

Nofar is the Community Manager at the VC Club, running all aspects and activities for the the VC Club alumni and active members in the program.

Nofar is a Hebrew University graduate, holding an MBA in Busssines Admenistration (major in Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship).

Guy is currently managing the VC club at Tel Aviv University. Additionally, he is a second-year student in the Excellence program, pursuing a degree in Philosophy, Economics, Political Science, and Law. While studying, Guy works a full-time job as a Business Development Manager at Unleash, a startup dedicated to optimizing data through AI. As part of his involvement in the VC club and during the first year of his degree, he was also mentored by aMoon Fund, Israeli’s largest HealthTech fund, and study on startup evaluation.

Before pursuing his academic degree, he served as a combat commander in the ""Yahlom"" unit, a special elite combat engineering unit in the IDF.

Dvir is committed to addressing environmental and societal challenges, with a focus on climate change, by leveraging his education. He is a fourth-year Physics and Materials Engineering student at Technion, having previously completed 2.5 years of studies in Environmental Engineering. Dvir aims to use his academic background to develop innovative solutions to these pressing issues.

Currently, Dvir is the BizTec manager, Technion’s accelerator, where student-led ventures are guided through the process of becoming investor-ready. He also brought the Hult Prize competition to Israel, a global student competition focused on creating impact startups, with a $1M prize, and leads the initiative as the Technion Campus Director. Additionally, as the director of the Technion VC Club, Dvir fosters venture creation and nurtures future entrepreneurs among Technion’s tech students.

Noam is a second-year Computer Science student at the Technion with a passion for entrepreneurship and social impact. She is a co-founder of the Technion VC club, actively engaging in fostering innovation and venture creation within the student community. As a Schulich Leader Ambassador, Noam represents a prestigious scholarship program for promising STEM students.

In addition to her academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Noam is involved in social activities within the Computer Science committee, contributing to a supportive and vibrant community.
She served as a flight simulator instructor in the army. In this role, she was responsible for training and mentoring new pilots, developing their skills in precision and decision-making under pressure.

Ilan is a Computer Science student at the Technion University and a scholar in the "Shluich Leaders Entrepreneurship Program." Currently, he works as an R&D software engineer at Intel. During the October 7th war in Israel, Ilan collaborated with a team to develop an AI-based system for drone detection for the IDF, leading the Data team. He previously led a sports-technology startup for a year, participating in the BizTec accelerator and reaching the finals. Ilan is producing the podcast "Silicone Wadi". Earlier in his career, he was a personal trainer with a fitness business serving over 50 clients and served as a naval commander in the Israeli Navy.

Amit is a student of Computer Science at Technion university, boasts a distinguished academic record. He is a scholar in the "Shulich Leaders" entrepreneurship program and an active participant in the prestigious "Lapdim" excellence program for Computer Sciences at Technion. Presently, Amit serves as a Machine Learning Engineer at Intel, looking to expand his expertise in the field. Prior to his current role, he served with distinction as an Intelligence Officer in an elite unit of the IDF. Following his military service, Amit embarked on a year-long journey through South America. Before his military service, Amit gained valuable industry experience as a Fullstack Developer in a startup, marking the beginning of his professional journey immediately after completing high school.
